  • Do you offer emergency dental services?

Yes! We offer emergency services at all three Horizon Dental Care locations in Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Sunrise. Call 205-640-1719 to book your emergency dental appointment.

  • What should I expect at my first appointment? Your initial appointment starts even before you enter the office. We spend the time to get a comprehensive review of your dental benefits. Upon entering the office you will complete a new patient packet. Than you will sit down with a care coordinator where we will begin to understand your dental wants. From there we will complete xrays and a digital scan. The doctor will complete his/her exam and detail the findings. Finally we will customize a treatment plan based on your specific wants and needs
  • Do I need to bring anything specific to my appointment? (Specify any necessary items like insurance information or medical history forms) Drivers license or ID is the only thing required. Insurance card and list of medications is preferred but not required
  • What is your cancellation policy? (Clearly explain your cancellation policy) At Horizon Dental Care, we value your time. We arrange our schedule to limit wait time. All we ask in return is that you value our time as well. If you cannot make an appointment, please give us 48 hours of notice. With less than 48 hours of notice, you might be subject to a $50 fee
  • How often should I get a dental cleaning?

General cleanings should be scheduled and completed every 6 months to keep your oral health on track.

  • Do you offer sedation dentistry?
