J’nelle Delica is a South Florida native and board certified Periodontist. She received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Harvard University. Upon completion, she continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University in Davie.

Dr. Califf was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 1977.

Monica Agudelo is a dedicated and thorough dentist serving her patients in Sunrise, FL. Dr Agudelo understand dentistry can be both time consuming and stressful. Becuase of this, she has assembled a team of specialists that come to her office to avoid the hassel of having to go to another office.

Dr. Rodriguez brings extensive knowledge and expertise in periodontics and the treatment of gum disease to Horizon Dental Care. He puts the doctor-patient relationship at the forefront of his practice, spending time getting to know his patients in order to better understand how to treat their oral health issues. He is an early adopter of new technologies and treatments that improve outcomes for his patients. After completing dental school at the University of Puerto Rico, Dr. Rodriguez went on to do his post-doctor training at Boston University Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry.
Dr. Eduardo R. Lazaro received his Doctor in Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry in 1982 and practiced as a restorative dentist for 13 years.
Dr. Lazaro received his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics from Boston University School of Dental Medicine under the direction of Dr. Herbert Schilder.
Dr. Lazaro is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, Florida Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association, Upper Pinellas County Dental Association, West Pasco Dental Association, Hillsborough County Dental Research Center Study Club, Dr. Schilder Institute for the advancement of Endodontics (SIAE).
J’nelle Delica is a South Florida native and board certified Periodontist. She received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Harvard University. Upon completion, she continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University in Davie.
She specializes Periodontal treatment, Implant placement and Wisdom teeth extractions. Dr Delica is a member of the America Academy of Periodontology and Florida Association for Periodontology. She prides herself on her continuing education and her involvement with Harvard alumni association in order to offer her patients the latest techniques in pain free dental surgery.
Dr Delica is a proud first generation Jamaican-American and enjoys giving back to her community. She is an adjunct professor at the University of West Indies, Jamaica serving to educate the next generation of great dental clinicians. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and enjoying the Florida outdoors. Dr Delica looks foward to meeting you and being a part of your smile success story.
